- All state colleges and technical schools would offer tuition reimbursement for passing grades on a scale of the final grade.
- If the student received a 89 for final grade, they would get 89% reimbursed for that class and if they got a 79 in another class they would receive 79% back for that class.
- Forgive all current state college debt for Mass residents after 4 years of consecutive residency.
- The hope being that this will bring back our skilled workers to Massachusetts.
- Withdrawal of all Massachusetts National Guard troops from Iraq.
- Free health care for ALL current Mass residents and all new MA residents after 4 years of consecutive residency.
- To prepare for influx of new college students and medical patients, also to create more jobs.
- Restart the WPA and CCC for Massachusetts.
- Work for teens and the unemployed, the CCC would greatly improve our parks and plant trees to reduce global warming. The WPA would build public buildings, roads, bridges, and operate large arts, drama, and media projects.
- "Marshall style" plan for expanding state hospitals and college.
- $300 credit card limit for first-year credit card holders.
- Legalize medical marijuana.
- It would be strictly regulated by the Commonwealth.
- Possession of marijuana would be reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor $100 fine to anyone over 21.
- This would take a great strain off of the police and would reduce court costs. Both of which would reduce the burden the tax payer.
- Create government wind farm on Nantucket Sound and surrounding areas. 100% profits would be given to Massachusetts residents, tax free.
- Natural resource revenue is to be shared with the people, not large corporations. The more hydroelectric, solar, and wind power we create; the more money you will receive each year.
- 24 hour childcare to be paid on a sliding scale.
- Increase minimum wage to actually pay the minimum.
- County purchasing of school supplies and first responders equipment.
- Buying in large volumes reduces costs.
- Increasing the 5 cent deposit per can to 10 cents.
- Promotes recycling and reduces trash.
- Giving federal judges the ability to adjust mortgage terms to homeowners facing foreclosure.
- Increase taxes on corporations worth over $10 million.
- 24 hour MBTA service.
